Really Good ONE A DAY Vitamins
I had purchased a bottle of these vitamins at a whole food store, and when it ran out, I checked to see if Amazon had them, and there they were. They are a very very good vitamin, and you don't have to take two or three twice or three times a day. I take this in the morning - one pill - and I'm good to go.
The pill is a little on the large size, but I've had several medications and supplements that were a good bit bigger. I've never had any trouble swallowing it, it's about the size of two aspirin laid next to each other.

Great all-around multivitamin
Taking these once a day compensates for my not-so-great eating habits. I feel fine when I take these and they are more complete than any other multivitamin I've tried.
