I feel this book nails it. In his book, Dov has helped me understand and transition from having head knowledge to an integrated approach of using my body, mind and soul in changing the way I groove in daily life.

In using his exercises, I have become aware of and use a wider palette of internal choices - making for some very measurable changes in my quality of life and relationships.
