Buy new: $15.75 / Used from: $10.98 I bought this for the portable versions of Rondo of Blood and Symphony of the Night with the main game being an afterthought. Even after I unlocked those games I kept playing the main game because it was so much fun. The graphics are great, the music is some of my favorite in video games (it's like gothic smooth jazz), and I got a real sense of accomplishment after getting through each stage.

Buy used from: $9.97 I saw this game popping up on all the best-of lists. I read the comments saying it has everthing you want in a video game, blah blah blah. I thought the game was childish and was boring. Then I actually played the game. And guess what...all of those people were right! There are several games within the game and just walking or riding around Hyrule Field is fun.

 | Castlevania: Lament of Innocence
Buy new: $38.19 / Used from: $5.71 This has awesome boss fights and really captures the dark, gothic feel of Castlevania. The version of Death is the best of the series and the Forgotten One is a great extra. There are many similarities to Devil May Cry but it's the gothic horror feel of Lament of Innocence that makes it stand out.

Buy new: $77.91 / Used from: $14.98 After Symphony of the Night I think this is the best of the 'Metroidvania' Castlevania games. Being able to control two characters really adds to the gameplay, it's cool to use the touchscreen to guide the second character. Playing as the sisters is fun too because they can blast through everthing using the touchscreen to attack.
