You can be a natural at hospitality!
You don't need a flair for entertaining. And you don't need a large home, gourmet cooking skills, or lots of leisure time. Because, according to Rachael Crabb, true biblical hospitality is shown when you encourage another person-whether it's a cup of coffee with a coworker, an elegant dinner for friends, a phone call, a note, or just taking time to listen.
In The Personal Touch, Mrs. Crabb provides practical insights on genuine hospitality. "The key," she says, "is to focus on people, not on preparations." She offers useful tips to help you keep things simple so you can enjoy practicing hospitality.
So if you've always wanted to be one of those people who is a "natural" at hospitality, you don't need to wait any longer. The Personal Touch will give you the ideas and the confidence to practice encouragement with your own unique style. And soon, opening your home and your heart will be as natural as it is enjoyable!

Great advice for would-be encouragers
This is a great book--a quick read, yet packed with concrete ideas for extending your hand to others, not only in your home, but in other ways. I found this to be very motivating and practical. Crabb also deals with some of the un-Christlike attitudes that get in the way of our showing hospitality.
