WebQuests are proving to be a re-energizer for teachers. Tired of presenting the same old lessons in the same old manner, teachers everywhere are desperate for a change. Technology is providing the perfect vehicle to cure their boredom and invigorate their classrooms. WebQuests are indeed the secret to guided empowerment. A technology-based WebQuest is a structured learning activity that requires students to conduct the bulk of their research and information gatering on the World Wide Web. WebQuests are, by nature, a fun and exciting new element being added to classroom presentations all over the world. Using WebQuests, teachers are engaging and perhaps re-engaging students like never before.

Somewhat outdated
Rather than spending money on this product, you would be much better served by going online and doing a search for webquests. A lot of pages in this book tell you to do just that, however that being said it does provide a start for a novice.
