Exactly what expected..
This was exactly what I expected it to be. It is long enough to view the ipod while it is charging. We use it all the time and it is a great product. The only thing I don't like is the bright blue light when it is charging. It is a little distracting at night. But other then that it is perfect.

iPod Car Charger
It works very well with my FM transmitter. For those of you who just have an auxiliary connection in your car and don't want to purchase an aftermarket stereo system just for your iPod, this is the way to go if you just need a quick charge before you are on your way!

Though it did not function in the way i expected it to, it does indeed do what it is designed to. i misread the description believing that it lets you use the device to play your mp3 in the car, but it charges it. however, i have found it to be quite useful. it works like a charm
