Very comfortable
These shoes are comfortable and well made. They aren't too heavy. Great for walks. Recently went for a hike in a local cave they were great on the inclines and wet surfaces. I need a very wide shoe and these shoes work great for me without having the overly heavy or thick soles.

i really wasn't sure about new balance. i have seen others wearing them. i have purchased other shoes that claimed to be comfortable, and i was disappointed. these are the most comfortable shoes for walking that
i have found. they are not heavy & after a good walk the feet feel fine

HErbert had it right.
The top of the shoe does not close all the way. There is space between the side of the tongue and the edge of the shoe where the eyelets are. Like the tongue is not wide enough.

But they feel fine otherwise.
