Excellent product and excellent service
Amazon shipped promptly (for free) and the weather station was installed easily. A warranty return to the manufacturer was required, but the problem was resolved in fairly short order. I am very pleased with the product and with the company's customer service.

Excellent Functionality
The features of this wireless weather station are fantastic. Our only problem with it is that is has broken down twice now. The first time we had to buy a new thermo-hygro sensor. The second time the base station quite giving any outdoor readings except rainfall. I will buy another one, but this one better last longer...

poor quality control for LaCrosse
I have owned three different models of LaCrosse weather stations - one I bought and two were gifts. In each case the outdoor sensing unit failed within six months. In addition, the indoor and outdoor temperature sensing units did not agree when they were placed in the same temperature environment. This company needs to upgrade its quality control seriously.
