Camerabrght says this unit has a 20' range, but unless you are in a pitch black situation it doesn't. Under normal low light conditions the range is more like 10'. and the color temperature is a very cool bluish tone. And of course they do tell you it will only screw on the bottom of your camera not on a shoe mount.
