This second entry in Bandai's 1/100-scale, non-grade "Gundam 00" plastic kit series is the sharpshooter Gundam Dynames, as piloted by Lockon Stratos in the show. Sharply molded in color parts, Gundam Dynames will be fully poseable after completion with its polycap joints allowing for a wide range of dynamic poses. Features include foldable shoulder antennas, the antenna on its head that can slide down for gun camera mode, flexible GN shield, and a removable GN full shield attachment that can fold out to guard the Mobile Suit's front. Gundam Dynames is well armed with weaponry including a GN sniper rifle, twin GN beam pistols that can be stored in its holsters, and two GN beam sabers.

Great Gundam, just not for kids.
The Gundam Dynames is one of my favorite models in the Gundam line. The posability and challenge of building are both high, as expected from the series. I had a lot of fun building this one. The weapons and equipment include:

-Two pistols (holstered on hips).
-Two beam sabers (handles stored on boosters, no storage for transparent beam).
-One sniper rifle (hung on shoulder).
-Full-body shields (attached to shoulders).
-Open left hand (for holding sniper rifle).

My only major complaint is the lack of storage for the beam sabers' beams. Also, the shields can get in the way, but they can easily be taken off and put back on. The instructions are in Japanese, but the part sheets have normal English letters, and the only confusion comes from the stickers, which are each labelled with a single Japanese character.

However, this isn't for kids. A child would get frustrated easily and would likely break the finished figure. If you're over 13 and you like robot models, check this one out.

If you are a person who likes hands on experience and hate those lengthy manuals that leave you stuck, please believe me when i say that this model is very easy. aside from the japanese writing if you know your ABC and 123 and have a fair amount of logic this model kit can be put together without the use of paint and glue but you will need to buy gundam markers. please note too that this model product when finished is 7 1/2 inches tall and doesn't include a display stand. my final 2 cents this product is not for a child under 10 small parts are a hazard as they can be easily removed with that much brute force.

Will, the figure in general is great. However, it still needs some hand touch to make it much better. Like some colors and some markers will make like the real thing. And I don,t have them.
