The author describes how he suffered a heart attack at the spot close to Loch Ness in Scotland where he had previously experienced a close encounter with an apparently transdimensional man in black that had exuded a feeling of malevolence. A few years later he died of another heart attack and this book was published posthumously.

This second book in the Projekt Saucer series was never released in the USA. Could that be because it contained too much truth about the suppression of the facts about flying saucers?

Unreleased on video (only the first 3 episodes were released on video in the UK) or dvd. Could that be because it contains too much sensitive information?

The author died during knee surgery very shortly after this book was published.
