Not what was pictured
I believe I got the wrong item b/c it's not what was pictured at all. The box was damaged, there was no invoice or any information on how to return inside the box. It took me almost two weeks to find information on how to return and I just mailed it off today. I'm very leery to order anything else from the TruLife company as a result. Plus the shipping and handling for this little splint cost almost $18 when the item cost $40 and there's a 15% restocking fee, so after all that is deducted plus the return of shipping I'll probably only be getting back about $30 which is half the cost of the purchase and S&H. Definitely not going to try this again and bought a splint at CVS for half the price and aggravation.
