The Coolpix P90 has an immensely powerful 24x optical zoom that offers the 35mm-equivalent of a 26mm wide-angle to a 624mm telephoto and is capable of shooting pictures as close up as 1cm. Henrique, you must have a lemon
This Camera is awesome. Sorry Henrique finds it wanting. I bought one of these for my wife, some months ago. Superb colors and sharpness. Super easy to use. Took a burst of 11 frames of a whale breaching in front of our house in Uruguay, every shot crystal clear and with real colors. I personally use Nikon D-300 and DX1 and 2, with many interchangeable lenses, but for simplicity, I highly recommend this camera for beginners to advanced users. You will be happy. If you buy this camera, may I suggest the Nikon Coolpix P90 24x Optical Zoom Digital Camera + 8GB Memory Card + EN-EL5 Battery + Cameta Bonus Accessory Kit by Nikon, which is a great deal, and will give you a large amount of storage, enough for an entire vacation, along with the aftermarket Lithium Ion Battery.

The product is good but not great.
Well, The product is good but not great. Some issues I observed with the product are as follows:
1. Picture Quality is not that great for a 12MP camera especially the Night mode and indoor shooting.
2. Blink Detection is not good. When you are clicking a Building and there are no Humans to see, still the camera reports "Did Someone Blink ?"

Color problems
The kit is wonderful, every thing I would expect, but the spare baterry is not original, but iti is good. My complain is about the quality of the colors of the pictures taken with the nikon P90, they are to plaid even with all the adjust.I would not buy again, I still prefer
Sony quality.
