It's a Great Book/ Book On CD
It's a super book with super techniques. The person who reviewed it before me, just wasn't ready for it or something. It's super-awesome. It's so simple, and it's so cool. I really recommend it. It goes very deep, but it is simple to follow and practice. I saw results right away. After listening just 45 minutes.
