Absolutely Useless
If you're a hands-on learner, or prefer to learn by doing, this item is absolutely useless... I tried to watch it but started dozing off. It is now sitting in my pile of stuff to unload - it's yours for any reasonable offer.
Learn the new features of Fireworks CS3 FAST!
The author does an excellent job of presenting the fundamentals of Fireworks CS3. Since this video learning DVD is broken down into smaller learning lessons it is great for beginners and advanced users. The two lessons that I found to be most helpful were the 9-scale slicing and Adobe Flex prototyping modules. If you are trying to figure out how to build good looking FLEX applications, ... Fireworks CS3 Essential Training will provide you with some significant pieces to this puzzel.
