Commit lozenges work
If you are trying to quit smoking like me, then commit lozenges do help. I have been taking these lozenges for more than a few months and have quit smoking completely. I, however, am having a hard time quitting these lozenges. It is much better taking these lozenges than smoking for the following reasons: cigarettes have 40 known carcinogens and 4000 toxic chemicals plus tar, whereas the lozenges have only one toxic chemical which is nicotine. Nicotine (C10H14N2) is also used as an insecticide which shows its poisonous application. It is, therefore, important to follow the directions on the package to weed yourself off of them.

I was at Target recently and noticed that they were selling Commit lozenges and also a generic brand titled "Nicotine Polacrilex Lozenge". This generic brand is a lot cheaper than Commit. You may want to check it out.

As a substitute for the nicotine lozenges, you may also be interested in the fact that nicotine is also found in lower quantities in tomatoes, potatoes, eggplants and green peppers.

What I received was not what I ordered
I ordered the punch packs of lozengers based on the picture of the product displayed. These are much easier to carry with you. What I received was the tube packs. These are harder to carry with you.
