All kitchens need a funnel, and this big one does more than simply transfer liquids from one container to another without creating a mess. Inside there's a detachable strainer so solids can be filtered from liquids. Use it to strain out those burned bits from cooking oil so it can be reused, for example, or use when making beer, herb-infused vinegars, or garlic oil for cooking. Could use a finer filter
I bought the funnel to put fry oil back in its bottles after each use. It turns out the filter that comes with the funnel is not nearly as fine as I would like for such an application. Otherwise, the funnel is fine. The side handle is useful.

A big funnel and worth the cost.
This funnel is bigger than I expected and for the cost it should have been. It is very nicely made with a very wide mouth and hefty material. It will hold a lot of liquid if you pour too fast but is very well balanced and has not yet tipped on me like other funnels do this is probably due to it's significant weight.

Good Product
Strainer does not filter particles such as cornmeal. Otherwise, it's a fine item.
