Samsonite brief case
Very pleased with the 17" Attache case. Good quality and workmanship. Will not have a problem buying another one when I need it or showing it to my frends incase they want one too !

The combination lock
The attaché itself looked pretty good, inside and outside, when it arrived. After I'd followed the instructions to set the combination lock with my own code for one of the two locks, I was unable to open the case anymore. I called Sansonite right away. The lady was nice, and tried to help me as much as she could. I received an email from her immediately after the conversations, instructing me how to open the lock. She said that if I was unable to open it, I would have to return the attaché. I ended up returning the case. I wish Samsonite could make the combination lock better, so they don't have to have the "lock pick steps" ready for their customers.
