Very high quality, and not just "for the price"
I've been using this tubing for a while now and I'm pretty impressed. The Isokinetics tubing and handles seems to be very high quality. Looking at the end of the heavier resistance tubing where it is cut, you can see a pretty thick inner tube and then there are 2 thin layers surrounding it, the outer layer being the color. Nice, smooth outside layer slides easily against your body, if it touches. It has held up very well, showing no signs of wear, and I use it every day. The handles have a little ball that wedges the tubing against the hole in the bottom of the handle to hold it tight. Seems to do the job and make it very easy to adjust. I don't hesitate to adjust the tubing to find just the right level of resistance. The handles are made of a hard plastic that doesn't bend. They are big and strong enough to allow you to find the right grip that works for you. Together, the tubing and handles make a very nice little exercise kit.
