So-So
This is not a high-quality otoscope, but for my purposes (at home), it is just fine. I am able to see the ear canal and tympanic membrane just fine. On occassion, the light will not stay on. It was only $24.00 so that is to be expected. For the price and for my purposes, I think it is an okay purchase.
Great help to my family but wish view was brighter
My daughters often got mid-ear infection. I usted it a lot. Twice it helped me to find out the anti-biotics did not have effect on my daughters' ear infection and we went to see doctor before finishing all the medicine. I believe it saved their ear drums twice. However, the light is not very bright, you have to check very carefully. At this price, it might be the best one.
