I read his book "The Right Thing", and established pleasant conversation with him. TRT has inspired me to delve into my own creative projects. I think the key to being a good writer is the ability to Inspire others, and evoke belief in characters. Larson does both; he gets my vote: five stars.

Mickey Hess introduced me to Joe Meno's work in a collegiate Creative Writing course, and asked us to attend some off-campus events. I chose to see both Hess and Meno. I often recommend this book, Hairstyles of the Damned, and I think it would be a perfect gift for all teenagers. Young adults and older adults will dig it, as well.

Buy used from: $199.95 I have met this author, and spoken with him. He is a very pleasant individual. I greatly admire his research ability, and I believe that "Perdurabo: The Life of Aleister Crowley", by Richard Kaczynski, is the Definitive Crowley Biography. I hope to cross paths with this guy again, in the future. He researches more than I do, and his work is impressive.

Buy new: $21.95 / Used from: $17.02 Leilah Wendell is a great author, and this book helped me to overcome the Fear of Death. "Our Name is Melancholy: The Complete Books of Azrael", is recommended. For the record, she predicted major events in New Orleans. I corresponded with Leilah during the 90s. I very much enjoyed her art, writings, letters, and encouragement. I found her work inspiring. She is a fascinating author and artist!

Buy new: $13.57 / Used from: $3.66 Dana is a fantastic cook, and a wonderful hostess. I recommend her cookbooks, and plug her as a friend. Dana recently presented a lovely luncheon and housewarming party that was quite enjoyable. All the food was tasty, and the conversations were pleasing. I have been too busy with college to experiment with her latest cook books. I have, however, tried the results of the recipes! :-)

Buy used from: $0.47 Mickey Hess is a great author, and an excellent Professor of Creative Writing and English department subjects. I took his course for needed credits and to get the Creative juices flowing. I've socialized with him a bit, as well. Hess is an Impressive guy, and he is also a great spoken word performer. "Big wheel at the cracker factory" is excellent for Writers and other creative people.
