a not as well known classic for the NES
I can never remember how I got most of my old Nintendo games when I was a kid, but I am glad that Duck Tales is one of the games I owned as a child. To put it simply, this game is a lot of fun. You play as Scrooge McDuck and you are trying to become the richest Duck in the world (if he wasn't already). There are several (5 or 6, I can't remember) different areas each with its own boss. You are able to take out enemies by doing a pogo bounce on top of them with your cane. It is a simple (yet classic) way of beating the bad guys. Throughout the game you will see characters from the tv show (I no longer remember the names), including Huey, Dewey and Louie (Scrooge's nephews). With three difficulty levels, this game can be as easy or as difficult as you want it to be. The game retains its replay value over time and is still a lot of fun to play.
Classic Gameplay one of the best NES games of all time
Were can I begin with Capcom's Disney masterpiece Duck Tales?
This game is a classic example of how great the old Capcom games were on the nintendo and bring back very fond memories. The game focuses on simplistic easy to understand (but addictive) gameplay. Vastly different levels and tons of hidden secrets to find. The game is designed for younger audiences but can (and should) be picked up by anyone.
Graphically for its day this game features nice colorful sprites and is on par with the games released later in the life of the nes. Overall one of the best games released for the system.
Disney's Best Nintendo Game
Out of all Disney's games for NES,this (disputedly)was their best.Fun game, good levels, somewhat challenging, and good graphics for A nintendo game.To me it was extremely fun, playing the moon level, jumping hurdles of moon rock, and defeating aliens. This game is more entertaining, than say Chip N Dales Rescue Rangers, and the disappointing follow up(Ducktales 2).I highly recommend this game to any 8 bit Nintendo fans. Its A fun trip, down memory lane.Ducktales Woo- Hoo Indeed!
