Timeless5
Ok first of all, let me say that when I first heard this album I thought it was average. I love modeselektor and Apparat, and couldn't believe how "bland" they could sound when combined.

I figured there must be more than meets the eye, I tossed Moderat on my playlist and figured i'd give em another shot, and I'm so glad I did. It wasn't until the 4th time listening to the album that I really started to appreciate the subtle sounds in the background, how everything fit perfectly together. The entire album became a cohesive piece of art. After seeing them live in Hollywood, I was absolutely blown away.

If you're a fan of electronic music, buy this.

Keep in mind, this is a bit darker than modeselektor or even apparat's stuff. It sort of reminds me of burial at times.
I feel this album is ahead of it's time, and a pure classic.

A must own for any fan of Electronic music!5
From the opening track, to the end, I was very impressed, well almost except for track seven... but within this CD you have ambient, complex, throbbing beats, with graceful string patches, and at times it sounds like Tom Yorke, at times Chemical Brothers, and at times Orbital, but yet different... The best I have heard all year.

The combination of Modeselektor and Apparat results in some amazing tracks, and like a good dish, at times you taste this spice and that spice, even though they are combined. Excellent work!

Very good for a first album!4
I really like this album. It stays away from the typical of what you would expect to be an electronic album from this group of artists. I think with this album they really set the ground for what several future bands or projects will sound like.
