Bitter TeaBitter Tea by The Fiery Furnaces
Buy new: $13.99 / Used from: $1.50
Okay, so rhythm changes are fine if done less frequent, and the ideas are even good. Too bad it sounds like a bad novelty.
Marquee MoonMarquee Moon by Television
Buy new: $14.99 / Used from: $6.66
Do some people feel compelled to like an album because one of their favorite musicians does? I get this from hearing Television's bore of an album.
KalaKala
Buy new: $9.99 / Used from: $5.50
The album's general overhype is what is putting it on here. Seriously.
Vs. [Jewel Case & EcoPak]Vs. [Jewel Case & EcoPak] by Pearl Jam
Buy new: $6.99 / Used from: $0.02
The band in general. I mean, they have some good songs, but a lot of the time they're much better in theory than in execution.
Jane DoeJane Doe by Converge
Buy new: $14.98 / Used from: $6.66
It is not even their greatest album, for starters ("You Fail Me" is much better). The songs aren't that interesting, although I suppose if you like noisy and lo-fi qualities it may suit you well.
Sea ChangeSea Change by Beck
Buy new: $12.99 / Used from: $1.99
Okay, I like it but don't get how it's quite as life-altering as many seem to put it. He has a few better albums.
Back in BlackBack in Black by AC/DC
Buy new: $9.99 / Used from: $4.98
Brian Johnson is an irritating vocalist and it's not like the songs are anything special. I like the title track and intro to "Hell's Bells," but this crass and crude record isn't that exciting.
19841984 by Van Halen
Buy new: $10.99 / Used from: $3.65
To be honest I don't care for VH in spite having had once respected them. This one's for the masses and has plenty of tracks that don't entertain like you may expect.
Eagles - Their Greatest Hits 1971-1975Eagles - Their Greatest Hits 1971-1975 by Eagles
Buy new: $13.99 / Used from: $0.50
Okay, so the band's tracks were annoying and not even that catchy. I don't see the fuss here.
