If you ever tried to teach yourself from a book then the Simplified series for any program is by far the easiest way to go. The comic book type style is simple to follow and not only instructive but fun. It is what is says 'simplified'
We recently switched over to Microsoft Office 2007. The transition went well because our office provided some training. For those that could not attend the training, this book was excellent. It is meant for understanding the map of Microsoft Office 2007,so in creating more complicated documents, you would progress to a more advanced version.

I recently purchased this book to use for a class. I am familiar with Office 2007, but I wanted something I could have for quick reference. This has great pictures, easy to follow instructions and is an item I will be keeping!
