Amazon.com Product Description
This cyclist's wedge-shaped "survival" pack features a top compartment with a 16-piece tool set imbedded in a foam mold so the tools don't rattle. The pack's large bottom compartment provides plenty of room for other "survival" items, including cell phone. A Quick Click Fixer provides fast and easy removal from seat rails. Other features include a reflective strip, a rain cover, and a taillight holder. Bottom straps with peg secure a pump. The pack is made of 100-denier, Teflon-coated material. The tool kit comprises a seven-function folding tool (2-6mm hex key, flat and Phillips screwdrivers); combo wrenches (5/6mm hex keys, 8/10mm box wrench, 9mm box/spoke wrench); a universal chain tool; two tire levers; and a patch kit.

Essential Tools with a Great Carrying Case
This tool kit comes with many essential items for biking, and has pleanty of spare room to carry with an extra inner tube, keys, etc. Good quality at a great price. Definately recommended.
Awesome tool kit!
It snaps off and on in seconds, it can hold two spare tubes in the lower compartment and still have room for a wallet and keys.
Awesome design- Poor quality.
Handsome bag with some great convenient features such as the built in tool & patch kit, the integral rear light attachment, nighttime reflective strip and quick release fixer. The fixer however is the problem. It broke with almost no load on it 4 separate times. I had to keep replacing the fixer. It got to the point where I needed to keep a spare on me to repair on the road along with a philips head screw driver to remove the broken one and attach the new one. The guy at my bike shop told me they are constantly replacing fixers for this bag and recommends only using it in the warmest summer months when the plastic is not so brittle.
The zipper pull also broke off on its own, but I can still open and close the bag with my fingernail. If Topeak ever addresses the fixer problem or offers it with a Velcro strap option I would definitely recommend this bag.
