DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
I purchased this book for a relative who is returning to college (she's been out of school for over 20 years). I'm a 4.0 math & physics major who nearly made a perfect score on the SAT, so I'm very knowledgeable of standardized tests and their content.

This is the only prep book specifically made for the Accuplacer (that I know of), so I had hoped it would be a great resource for my relative (who trusted my judgment in making the purchase). Regrettably, the book is TINY compared to other prep books, cheaply made (paperback with no real binding), and of extremely poor quality (content-wise). It is patently GENERIC and of almost NO real use to a test-taker. It seems that this publisher simply took advantage of the fact that no other Accuplacer prep book exists - they compiled a piece of trash textbook and charge exorbitant prices for it.

I was unable to find a review for this book when I purchased it, but I am glad that I can help people AVOID making the same mistake that I made. If you are taking the Accuplacer, you are MUCH better off with another prep book (for a different standardized test) that covers the same topics (arithmetic, algebra, grammar, etc.). DO NOT BUY THIS BOOK!

This Accuplacer review book was helpful. However, I do not think it covers everything that you can expect on an Accuplacer test. The math portion was my weak point and having a more in depth math review would have benefited me. Using this along with other study guides would be best.

Good Book for starters
This is a good book for the people who dont know where to start for preparing for Accuplacer exams.

Little bit pricey for the contents.
I expected more prep tests in it for practice, but it has just a couple.
