out of date
The jar arrived with a "best used by" sticker on the bottom that showed it was a week out of date. The cool pacs were just cool, but it was a long journey. The caviar tasted fine, but I would expect for this price I'd get fresh, not "out of date" products that would not be sold on the cooler shelf in the U.S.
