We had it on bibb lettuce with grape cherry tomatoes. It needed no sauce or adornment. I had seen a recipe that had called for it. It was good, but I don't think that we were any more enthralled with it than we would have been with an Italian tuna packed in olive oil. This would have been close to 1/3 the price of the belly tuna. It was a noble experiment but we woldn't be likely to do it again.
