From the Back Cover
What are the treasures in Benjamin's Box? Come along with Benjamin and see. Like all boys and girls, Benjamin is very, very curious. When Jesus comes to Jerusalem, Benjamin decides to follow him and find out who he really is. At first, Benjamin thinks Jesus is a teacher, then a king. At last, he learns the good news—news that every child (and grown-up!) will want to share. Can be used in conjunction with Resurrection Eggs® from Family Life!

Customer Reviews

Absolute must to go with Resurrection Eggs5
I read this with my 4 year old and she loved it. We picked the days before Easter and she was fascinated as we did a count down to Easter. This is an excellent book to introduce young children to the harder concepts of Easter.

Great Companion to Resurrection Eggs5
I bought this for my daughter who is 4 1/2. We used the resurrection eggs last year, but I just talked w/ her about what each egg meant. This book is great to use with the eggs now that she is older and tells the story of a little boy who lives in Jerusalem and follows the events of holy week. He picks up an item at each scene that depicts what is happening to Jesus. The box in the story was his grandfather's and had a bit of hay in it from Jesus' birth. At the end he shares the story of Jesus w/ his friends. Well done!

Great story5

Benjamin's Box is a good book to read at Easter time to kids. By the way, it's really good for adults, too!!
