At the root of all our anger, our feelings of separation from each other, and our problems in relationships is our belief that we have been victimized: we believe we have been hurt, slighted, or treated unfairly in some way. In Real Love and Freedom for the Soul you will learn about this disease of victimhood. As you read Real Love and Freedom for the Soul, you will learn the real reason you often feel angry and resentful toward other people, how you can eliminate the anger that is destroying your individual happiness and your relationships, why businesses often fail, why so many of our children are angry and rebellious, the real cause of racial prejudice in the world, and how you can achieve a level of freedom and peace you never before imagined possible. With Real Love, nothing else matters; without it, nothing else is enough.

Review
Never before has a book cut so deeply, caused so much pain, and yet given me so much freedom and joy. This should be required reading for every human being on the planet. --Jodi Fisher
This book nailed me to the wall! After reading Real Love and Freedom for the Soul I recognized beliefs and behaviors in myself that I had never before seen, and that s after reading a great number of books and attending many seminars. This book has given me the power to change the way I believe, the way I feels, and the way I behave toward others. I m very grateful. --Chris Mullen

Customer Reviews
I loved it and hated it
Talk about a huge mirror held up before me, exposing my anger, fear and ways that I use people. Not pretty. At the same time, it was like a soothing balm that said, "forgive yourself, how could you have done anything else." By putting down the big stick (that I use on my own head), and changing my behavior in seemingly small ways, I have changed my life. My family noticed, my coworkers noticed...I am HAPPIER. Thank you Dr. Baer for this amazing book. When I closed the last page, I felt like I needed to start from page one again. There's so much in there.
Real Love and Freedom for the Soul Illuminates Pain-Causing Habits
Dr. Greg Baer skillfully describes deeply ingrained patterns of behavior that exist in most of our families, and society in general, which lead to living in Victimhood and creating perpetual pain for ourselves and others. He offers us a way to see ourselves and others in a more truthful and helpful way, to experience more love, peace and productivity. Dr. Baer also offers very practical steps to establish habits which create more loving feelings and peace in our lives. I truly feel unshackled from the chains of Victimhood that I grew up with and of which I was mostly unaware.
Real Love and Freedom for the Soul
Powerfully freeing information. Of all the Real Love publications I've read, this is the one that helped me understand the link between what we've unknowingly learned from others and the intricacies of how that shows up in our lives today. The book insightfully explains the personal experience of victim hood and also how it manifests on a global scale. I recommend it to everyone! Even if you don't identify with being a "victim," there's so much to learn about how to live with and love those who do live out this role. Read Real Love first, then this book! Invaluable in learning how to drop some of our baggage!
