Get the flat rung.
This one is good. I have two kids do many types of footwork exercises. You can view many different types of exercises that can be done in youtube. Very helpful with developing one's footwork agility. Only reason I did not give 5 stars is that there are flat rung'ed ones that my kids use at their local sports place and they are better. Reason being that this one has round rungs, which once my kid stepped on almost slipped and fell. Because of this reason, I was looking for the flat ones when I purchased this, but at the time, they were sold out and unavailable. Now I see they are available, I am writing this review: buy the flat rung'ed if you can for safety reasons.
World Sport 15 Foot Flat Rung Agility Ladder with Bag and Carrier

Great for drills
The ladder has a black nylon strap along the sides with bright yellow cylindrical plastic rungs. The ladder comes in a very nice carrying bag. I got this for my 11 year old son to do agility drills. He can't keep it in the bag. I started him off with some standard drills and he has had fun making some new ones up. The ladder does not get tangled up easily going in and out of the bag. Very pleased with delivery and performance.
