Product Description

Dietary supplement. Dr. Weil's unique and easy-to-swallow Vitamin D. Andrew Weil, MD: Q: I understand that you are changing your vitamin D recommendation. Why? A. Yes. I am raising my recommendation for Vitamin D to 1000 IU per day. Evidence has been accumulating to suggest that higher daily doses are necessary for optimum health in adults. We need vitamin D to facilitate calcium absorption and to promote bone health and this unique dot provides a full 1,000 IU in an easy-to-swallow tablet. These statements have not been evaluated by Food and Drug Administration. This product is not interned to diagnose, treat cure or prevent any disease.

Customer Reviews

Great Choice5
My husband and I have been taking this vitamin D for 3 weeks now. It is a tiny pill that is very easy to swallow. When we bought it, Amazon was selling it in packs of 4 which was a great deal. We both have definatly noticed a difference in the way we feel. It's a good choice for people who work inside all day and do not get their daily dose of necessary sunlight to fight the winter blues.

Dr. Weil Vitamin D 100 Micro-Tabs5
Excellent product. Exactly as described. Fantastic form of Vitamin D for Veggies and and non-Veggies alike!

Not a sublingual micro-tab!3
I ordered these thinking they are a sublingual supplement; they aren't. So if you want an easy-to-swallow pill, these are probably fine. If you want a sublingual version, check out TwinLabs.
