Have an oral child?
I have a 2 year old that loves to put things in his mouth. He's chewed up a few of his brothers toy parts bitting down on them. He also is not a big talker. I read that some children need to "exercise" their mouths plus I felt like I needed to provide him with something he could chew on. This thing was just what we needed. I got a few of them, this one because of the handle. I thought it would work if I needed to hang it around his neck while we where out and about. He LOVES it. This one is not too hard and is very "chewy". I would recommend this for any toddler/child/adult that always seems to have something in their mouth.

Not really used much...
The reason I bought this chewy knobby thing was for my son, whom I believe was getting in his 2 year molars. He was constantly sticking his index fingers in the back of his mouth and chewing on them, so I ordered this as a more sanitary alternative.

Well, he used it sometimes, but he now stopped chewing on his fingers. Guess it was a phase.

However, I'm sure this works wonders for kids who LOVE to chew stuff up!
