About the Brand
As a registered nurse and natural foods chef, Raw Indulgence founder Alice Benedetto had developed a passion for preparing and eating raw foods. So when the raw snacks she made as an alternative to high sugar processed snacks for her high school son became so popular among his friends, she started selling them. Raw, living foods are cleaner and have higher nutrient content than cooked food. Processed foods such as protein isolates and grain-based fillers are acidic and cause fermentation in the body. Raw Organic foods are closest to their natural state, bringing us closer to healing ourselves and the global ecology. Yummy!
This is a number 1 favorite with all of my friends! For a chocolate lover that no longer does processed sugar, this is a yummy treat. And you can't beat the coconut!

Yummy! And satisfying!
These are delicious and very satisfying food bars; I keep them on hand for when I'm out and about. I have them shipped by Amazon's auto-ship to save extra cash. They are very good to have when it's time to eat but you have no time to get something good for you. These are also great for anyone on a raw food diet, and/or vegan. But they are yummy for anyone that can eat fruit and nuts!

these are great!
These are oat and soy free which makes my stomach happy. They've got a lot of nuts in them, which makes for great taste and texture, and lowers their glycemic index but they're not low-cal. (300 cal for the chocolate coconut variety)
And they don't have refined sugar, but the dates and agave nectar add a lot of fructose... again, taste great, not low-cal. I've tried the chocolate coconut, chocolate raspberry and coconut agave varieties and they're all good. They're quite a bit like a brownie, but not as cloyingly sweet. They're not sticky, crunchy or crumbly either, which makes them perfect for taking into meetings or class. I eat them for breakfast or post-workout.
