Guilt-Free Bliss !
I am a raw foodist which means eating nothing cooked . This is a diet of nothing but fresh fruits , fresh veggies, raw nuts & seeds , superfoods such as spirulina and a few dehydrated goodies. Raw chocolate powder has helped make sure this doesn't have to be a diet of deprivation. Not only does this stuff taste better than regular cocoa powder but it is great for you too. The caffeine in raw cacao powder doesn't affect the body the way that normal cocoa does. Not only that but it has a much much higher concentration of nutrients and antioxidants than the regular stuff. I use it in everything from smoothies to freezer fudge to my favorite raw chocolate icecream which I swirl with various raw nut butters. Good Stuff ! If you are considering adopting a raw food lifestyle I recommend the books "Living Cuisine" and "Raw Food Real World" as good starter books .

Fantastic Fresh Pure Cocoa Powder
I love this stuff. It is completely organic, natural, raw and very beneficial for your health. I mix a heeping spoon with some frozen bananas, almond milk, guar gum and stevia liquid...Voila! you get a thick, very chocolaty, smooth banana pudding shake. And it only has 150 calories and fills you up for hours without an ounce of sugar and low glycemic index. Talk about a diet indulgence. I highly recommend this to true chocolate lovers who do not want all that sugar mixed in with their cocoa.

This is a welcomed edition to all things chocolate. Add a little organic sugar and heaven is found. I think it's worth every penny.You won't be disappointed.
