Double thickness - nice and warm!
This cardigan is nice and heavy, so perfect for cool fall days. Also, the cotton/soybean blend makes it REALLY soft and cozy. They run pretty true to size - the 3-6mos size is big on my 2 month old and she should easily get several months wear out of it.
