Black ink in cartridge for Lamy cartridge/converter pens
This cartridge is Lamy's proprietary cartridge; it isn't guaranteed to fit in other pens, and other brands of cartridges are not guaranteed to fit in Lamy pens. This is a lighter black ink, and many fountain pen enthusiasts enjoy the variation-in-density effect of writing with lighter black inks. This ink is not very water resistant, and it is not safe for writing checks.

Finally! A fountain pen to love--and write with!
I've searched for years for a fountain pen that writes beautifully and feels great in my hand. The Lamy my son gave me for Christmas is it. In no time at all, I was very comfortable with its weight (relatively light) and nib that makes my writing simply flow across the page.

I hate to gush, but thank you, Amazon, for offering this product!

I am also delighted with the converter that allows me to refill the pen instead of buying and changing cartridges. Found that though Amazon, too!

Good/fast service, not at all expensive
Lamy pens are great, and this product was delivered fast and cheap. The ink works really well and there are a good amount of cartridges that come in the box.
