Fantastic diapers
I bought these after they came out because my son (now 13 months) had just outgrown swaddlers 2-3 and I've been hating the cruisers we're using. These diapers are great, they have no smell and are really soft to the touch. We have had no leaks whatsoever, they are so absorbent. The tabs and back are very stretchy, much more than pampers which is the big difference in terms of fit in my opinion. My son is tall but has a small but and these diapers fit way better than the pampers did (even the swaddlers which i loved) They are definitely 'premium' diapers though. They are about 34 cents each verse pampers which are 25 cents but I calculated that to cost us about 140 a year total and for no leaks and my babies comfort I'm going to use these until we have a problem. I wish huggies would come out with a gigantic box though, like 200 count or something but since they are new I'm sure it won't happen for awhile. I like that they are chlorine free and reduced dye and will biodegrade more than most diapers but I am certainly not oblivious to the fact that they are still disposable. We can't do cloth for various reasons and I have tried ones like seventh generation and they caused huge rashes. These huggies in particular don't have the little sticky beads like that pampers had either

Really like the diapers!
I bought these in the "big name" store because Amazon didn't have them instock yet. They are wonderfully soft and cuddly--like Pampers Swaddlers used to be before they changed them and put that horrible mesh liner in them. They are totally fragrance free, which I LOVE, and my daughter doesn't get a rad sunburn-type rash all over her tush after wearing these like she does with other disposable diapers (we normally use cloth). I like that they are made with organic cotton, but now I want to find out if it's just in the outer layer, or the inner layer too? (that touches my child's skin).
As far as leaks go, I'm using them on my 2.5 yr. old daughter (and stocking up for my newborn due to be born this Summer)--and she is a super soaker at night. In the morning, she and her PJ's as well as bed are dry! Hooray! I've been through 2 packs so far and no leaks!

Great for Breastfeeding Babies
I have always used pampers with my first son and he was formula fed and I never really had problems but with the occasional leak at night here and there. On the other hand my second son is breastfed and pampers do not work well for us. I was changing his clothing at least 3 times a day from the runny blowouts that go up his back when we were using the pampers. I was told to try Huggies because there is a waistband that will create a type of barrier for this problem. Huggies are doing a great job for us. The amount of laundry has gone down since I switched. The new Pure and Natural line from Huggies are soft like the pampers swaddlers, I just love the Huggies. Consider the water and stain treatments you save to recover on the cost of these diapers. At least give these a try for yourself if you breastfeed and have issues with the runny stools. If you don't breastfeed you will still loves these for their softness and the fact that they are better with leaks than pampers.
