How To Modify Your Alimony Payments
Having gone through this legal process as a pro se, I can honestly say that had I had this book from the beginninh, there would have been MANY hours of researched saved. The book is right on the money and comes from the results of a fellow pro se telling his story. I would HIGHLY recommend this book to any pro se or anyone represented by counsel as an excellent resource to modifying alimony. This book is well written and on point for any layman facing a legal matter of modifying alimony.

Not just alimony
Although this book is titled "How to modify your alimony payments" I think it is a must have for anyone that is going through or that has gone through a divorce - you may find yourself to be always within the jurisdiction of the court. Whether you are doing your own legal work pro se or you have an attorney, the best recourse you can have is knowledge. This book shows you not only how to modify your alimony payments, but most importantly since many of the legal procedures one might be involved before, during and after a divorce are similar as those described in the book, the book shows you what to expect and how you can deal as a pro se with the wranglings of the divorce legal system.
