Customer Reviews
New information, and easy to read style make this book worth reading
I have read many Construction Business and Finance books, if not most of the well-known titles, and this one is definitely one of the better in the bunch. There are a few books that are more like 'bibles' to me for wrapping my head around my business finances, but this book was great for both confirming ideas felt were true, and for giving some clear data to help understand where other companies are at, and where a healthy construction company should be at.
Even though I am well-familiar with the concepts, it's a great book for keeping one's 'business mind' focused, well directed and on task.
