In Ghost Stories of Venice, she first explored the possibilities of West Florida spirits and discovered still more in Sarasota en route to this latest haunting haven.

By day the Sweet Briar College graduate writes about Venice, entertainment, homes and travel for the Venice Gondolier Sun. She is a member of the Venice Archives and Area Historical Collection, the Venice Historical Society, Historical Society of Sarasota County, the Circus Historical Society, the Advisory Board of the Salvation Army of Venice, a national synchronized, senior competitino and gold test jedge for United States Figure Skating, a former competitive curler on the national level an d charter member of the Florida Curling Club.
