truly excellent text and resource book
This is an exceptionally good book for paralegals and laymen in the field of wills and trusts. The author explains complex and potentially damaging pitfalls to avoid while describing terms and concepts in a highly readable user friendly style of writing. He is an outstanding author and lawyer. law students and paralegals are advised to read and reference this book for fundamental concepts, terminology and procedures. Very highly recommended. this book saved me a lot of grief and I am grateful to the author. it is the definitive wills and trust book.
