Customer Reviews
works well
Yes, this product doesn't cover the whole shower, but it works great where it hits. Mine is hung from the bottom of our shampoo rack. It cleans about half way down the door and the floor. Where it hits the door, the soap scum is completely gone (all 30+ years of it. There is no mold growing on the floor. Maybe if I got another one and hung it higher, the whole shower would be covered. . . I recommend this. It really cuts down on shower care.
Overpriced pack
This isn't a review of the refills themselves, but of the value of the 16 pack for $119.
Basic math shows why this is a bad deal:
- $119.00 for 16 refills ($119/16) = $7.4375 per refill, in this pack.
- A SINGLE refill retails between $5.99 and $5.79 just about everywhere (even cheaper in some places).
- You're paying between $23.16 and $26.36 more ($1.44 to $1.64 per refill) for the 'privilege' of getting 16 at a time.
Save yourself money, buy locally or one at a time rather than basically getting bilked by buying this pack.
Mist and Go from the dollar store works as well for much less
The refills are also way to expensive. We've taken to refilling the bottles with a product called Mist and Go that costs a dollar for a spray bottle that almost completely refills the bottles used for this. The caps don't come off easily to refill the bottles either, but with a little force they do eventually come off and can be resealed.
