A Great Stroller for Travel!

si, i like!
i just got the pp si! its a pretty good stroller and i'm happy with the features. there are a some things that could be addressed --
when the stroller locks in the collapsed position, the left and right side arms dont lock into place even though there are clamp-like brackets. the material used for the hood window doesn't give you a clear view of your child. it's kind of like looking through a dirty window or screen or something. the locking swivel wheels have to be independently locked (on my uno both wheels locked if you locked just one). you can't fold the stroller with anything in the basket (my uno could fold with an umbrella, water bottle, rain cover and canvas bag, plus a few more items!). but that's the sacrifice for an umbrella fold. the included rain cover fits a little awkwardly and is a little flimsy and it doesn't come with the boot like it does in europe. so i'll keep my old rain over and bundle me and we'll be good to go. the 3 position recline is two handed and the seat drops back to full recline due to the weight of the child, which could be a little scary.
other than those MINOR issues, i'm happy with my si and would recommend it. it's lightweight, easy to maneuver, has 3 position adjustable handles and backrest. the seat sits up high and the basket is unobstructed. it folds easy in two steps and carrying seems like it will be easy and comfortable.
it has only been one day, but i think there is good things in our future. check around for theprice. i got my $249 instead of the $279 some places are selling it for.
enjoy!

Nice!
My new Si arrived yesterday and we were able to take it out for a good spin today at the Taste of Tacoma. I had a Maclaren Triumph with our youngest and while I really liked it, there were things lacking. So, this time around I wanted something that was not only lightweight, but that had a near full recline.
This stroller is really awesome! I can fold and open it with one hand. I can actually recline it with one hand, you just have to be a little crafty with it. I simply release each side individually and tug it back a bit. Works fine. The stroller accommodates our Graco Safeseat with ease. Even with the carseat attached there is lots of room. Using the carseat attachment you can't use the cup holder so I just put my Gatorade bottles up by the baby's feet where the hood is. Worked well. I pushed this stroller over a gravel walkway and a grassy field with ease. The sunshade is AMAZING! I can completely cover my baby by joining the carseat sunshade with the stroller's shade. I really liked that.
My only complaint about this stroller is the basket. The basket is nice and roomy, but it's super stretchy. When I placed my medium sized diaper bag in there flat on its side the basket was pretty low to the ground. I'm wondering if Peg gets enough complaints about it if they will redesign it?
All around, I absolutely love this stroller so far!
