I ordered this as a replacement for a very old leg spacer. I could tell an immediate difference after just one night of use. It really does help lessen low back pain by keeping the hips aligned properly for those of us who side sleep. Thank you for providing a quality product!

Leg spacer pillow2
I found this pillow very uncomfortable. It's quite hard and half way through the night the pressure on my leg was actually painful. This was disappointing as it's a perfect size for a leg pillow.

I just recentely purchased a memory foam mattress. After getting used to that transition I noticed that my hips and low back were sore when I would get up. After purchasing the leg spacer knee pillow my hip pain and low back problems are much better. It's a great product and the price can't be beat.
