What's the saying? "Go together like peas and carrots"? Make that chickens and bananas.
At first I was baffled as to the reason why my dog enjoyed this particular treat. "Chicken and banana? You've gotta be kidding me, Benedict," I said to my Norwegian Elkhound as he scarfed up one of these things.

Then I decided to try one myself. Ever since, my whole perspective of the food world has been flipped upside down! Why...even now I'm settling down to a delicious sandwich of my own device: chicken, banana, tomato, dill pickle, tofu, n' anchovies on rye.
