Its time to make my chunky homemade crean of tomato soup in times of crisis, celebration, or any time you want a snack.
Right about now, I'm ready to make some fresh tomato soup. Check out my recipe below. If you gardeners out there have a lot of cabbage and eggplant add that to the recipe listed below. We will enjoy the taste of frest vegetables right from the garden.
Tomatoes taste best at room temperature. But if you are not able to eat them within a day or so after picking, you can refrigerate them for up to 6 days, but they don't taste the same.
