Good product, Bad shipping
I really like the cleaner, but during shipping, two of the bottles were not properly sealed. When I opened the box, the cleaner had saturated the inside of my shipment. Instead of a pack of 8, I only ended up with 6. I'm guessing this was a unique instance, but be prepared for them to spill if you order them!

Packing with Care
I, too, have had some problems with shipping Seventh Generation items from Amazon. The problem is, I think, they are not packed with care. I ordered from a smaller company (www.thegreatergreen.com) and they taped the caps and put each bottle in a plastic bag that was tied, then filled the box with foam peanuts so that the bottles didn't shake around. No problems there. Maybe if Amazon just took a little more time with packing their boxes....

DOES NOT WORK
If you have hard water this stuff does nothing!!! I used the whole bottle and had to use green works to clean the toilet after. If you have no water problems maybe it works but it didn't do anything for me I gave the rest away.
