Nature's Herbs work for me
This stuff really works! I tried several products before finding this at a health food store. It doesn't completely eliminate my hot flashes but they are extremely mild in comparison without it. I highly recommend it!

This Suppliment is Great!
I've been taking this product for a month now and ordering more; it makes menopause easier to live with. My hot flashes are not as frequent and when I do have one the intensity is a lot less. I can tell when I have missed a day for sure. I hope it will always be available here.

helping with arthritis---yes...arthritis
I take this in combination with Serrapeptase. The two together help my feet to not hurt as bad as they had been. I discovered that the pain was worse at certain times of the month. My estrogen level is starting to deplete as I age and I thought I would add a natural estrogen. I do not take hormone therapy-I am reticent to use hormone replacement therapy because of past cancer problems.
SO>>>together the products have helped with arthritic pain (I have been to podaitrists-neurologists-rheumotologists- and they did not help the pain) but so far so good with this in combination with enzymes has helped me to not have as much pain. Pain is not gone completely-but it is not intolerable as it had been in the past.
